Job Description:
We are looking for a Professional Organizer to join our dynamic, fun, and talented team. We are seeking an individual who is outstandingly organized, and possesses a passion for decor and creating. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be a self-motivator, have exceptional organizational skills, and have a passion for transforming spaces. This candidate should not be easily overwhelmed with large amounts of clutter, and not be afraid of getting dirty or doing very physical jobs. Being handy with tools is a plus.
As an O.C.D. team member, you will work closely with the O.C.D. team and their clients and will be expected to act personable, professionally, and represent the brand at all times. The candidate also must pass a background check and have three references.
Responsibilities:

Follow and implement an instructional plan for each project that is given to you by a Lead.

Follow an agenda that outlines the execution of the project from start to finish.

Implement customized organizational strategies to maximize space utilization and efficiency.

Be trainable in organizing techniques such as folding, processes, color coding, decorating, etc.

Sort, categorize, and declutter belongings. We will also assist clients in making informed decisions about item retention or disposal.
Requirements:

EXPERIENCE is great but not required. We are happy to train if you have the WORK ETHIC!

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and inspire confidence in clients.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Strong willingness to work within a team environment.

Lift or shift boxes or furniture up to 30 pounds.

Be available as needed for projects 3-5 hrs at a time, with a flexible schedule, most jobs occur from 9 AM to 4 PM.

Work under the Organizing Lead to implement the vision for each client's home.

Unloading and unpacking all material, taking out trash, and recycling, with light cleaning.
